We are currently assisting a local client in recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in Pittston. You can join their team and work with the latest fashons every day!

This is for a temporary-to-hire opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers via telephone to provide a high level of customer service. You will assist with placing orders, customer enquiries, catalog requests, and processing refunds and exchanges. If you meet the qualifications listed below, Apply Now!

Responsibilities for this position include:

-To answer calls from customers and potential customers in a professional and polite manner, thus satisfying customer requirements and providing customers with a high level of customer service.

-To handle any customer enquiry¿s or complaints ensuring that they are dealt with accurately by providing the customer with the correct information and ensuring that they are happy with the service

-To deal with any problems if necessary consulting with either the Asst. Team Leader or Team Leader for direction on how to resolve difficult queries

-To proactively look for ways in which current procedures can be improved

-To ensure that the daily responsibilities are completed and if necessary, the Team Leader is aware of any outstanding work in order to ensure its completion

-To work on other delegated task when necessary and be prepared to assist in any other areas of the company if necessary

- To recommend ideas that would help improve the running of the Call Center and the level of customer service

- Any other duties as required depending on the needs and workload of the department.


-Good general standard of education
-Experience in customer service/dealing with customers
-Previous call center experience
-Experience within a retail environment
-PC literate
-Ability to work within a team and build good working relationships
-Passionate about providing excellent customer service
-First class interpersonal skills
-Ability to work a flexible schedule
-Able to sit for up to 8 hours
-Able to communicate clearly without interruption

-Full-time openings are from 12:00pm - 12:00am and part-time openings are available within the same time frame. Monday-Sunday availability is required.
-Pay for this position is $10.50/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.
