Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative whose primary responsibility will be to ensure that customer orders are processed and delivered to customers accurately and efficiently in a professional manner without delay and/or interruption. This position is based in Princeton, NJ.

What will you do:
•Ensure that a strong rapport is maintained and built with all customers
•Ensure all orders are taken and processed accurately and efficiently and delivered to customers without delay
•Ensure all e-mails from 3rd party websites are answered within a 24hr period
•Update and maintain customer database (current and new) as appropriate
•Ensure that the inventory system is accurately maintained
•Work closely with warehouses on any and all areas surrounding customers/Stores/Distributors
•Resolve invoicing and inventory issues working cross-functionally with other internal departments including Finance, Accounting and Sales Dept. as well as external customers
•Creation and maintenance of detailed tracker for reporting and analysis
•Monitor levels of finished goods inventory within warehouses to ensure optimal availability to our customer
•Work with the Supply Chain Manager to determine SKU order priorities and redistribution from central warehouse
•Ability to handle high call volume of inbound and outbound calls on daily basis
•Ability and willingness to resolve all customer complaints and queries
•Additional duties as deemed necessary

Who are we looking for:
•1-2 years’ experience of working in a Customer Service or Logistics function
•Associates Degree REQUIRED
•Previous experience working in a role related to physical product inventory
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient knowledge of computers and database software (SAP experience preferred)
•Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Strong analytical skills preferred
