Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
• Performs a variety of clerical duties such as: sorting and filing correspondence, scanning invoices, receipts or other records
• Answer phones, generate patient statements
• Collects information for specified report formats
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
• Confirm patient insurance benefits
• Work with patients to register, adjust benefits, and advise on services offered
• Other clerical duties as assigned

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills
• Must have high volume call center experience

Pay for this position is $12.50 per hour. The hours will be Monday-Friday, 10:30am – 7:00pm.
