Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include, but are not limited to:

  • Review customer check remittance data to determine whether the ARI is related to a pricing or a material issue
  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of each customer’s accounts payable and receivable processes to understand the needs of each customer


Qualifications for this Customer Service Representative job:

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience in accounting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
