POSITION: Customer Service Representative
HOURS: M-F, Full-Time – 8am-5pm
DURATION: 3-months, with potential to extend or go permanent
PAY: $14.42/hr.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Description:

A Call Center Background is not necessary or required. However, a strong and well-rounded Customer Service Background would be considered****
• Workflow management: new acct set up, changes, and updates to existing accts
• Tax Certificate management; validation, track and updates within CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills be detail oriented and organized.
• Efficient and organized time management skills.
• Very strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) are required.
• Experience with SFDC, Oracle, Business Objects and CRM system is preferred.
• Proficiency in planning, organizing, prioritizing and multi-tasking is required.
• Must be able to manage workflow efficiently, be self-reliant and show initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with all levels of internal leadership and staff
• Places a high priority on responsiveness Ability to work in a team environment and support surrounding team members when necessary
a. MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel
b. Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented
c. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
d. Demonstrated organizational and communications skills
