Customer service inside sales support professional with a background in consumer electronics. Individuals will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, inbound emails, and incoming chats via our website relating to customer returns. Ensure adequate inventory is available to respond to customer demands by communicating with the warehouse staff weekly. Candidate will be working in an office environment assessing the customer needs and offering appropriate return authorizations through diligent research.

Effectively manage incoming calls
Repack and Restock product returns into inventory
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
