SUMMARY
Reviews daily customer invoices as well as other administrative functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process dealer orders, Credit / Debit Memos, Price Quotes utilizing SAP
Understanding of Order Entry Process
Communicate with dealers and customers regarding product availability and other concerns.
Quick learner of products (preferably medical consumables)
Acts as a liaison between warehouse and dealers in regards to order management.
Enters orders into system from start to finish.
Updates dealers information on a daily basis within system.
Review orders to ensure accuracy, resolve issues and communicate internally when needed.
Coordinate orders according to warehouse availability and schedule
Answer incoming phones in a timely manner and forwarding to correct department when requested.
Process and email/mail customer invoices using SAP and MS Office
General knowledge and responsibilities of photocopying, fax and mailing as required.
Maintain office supply inventory
Creating / reviewing reports as necessary


EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education/Experience: Associate┬┐s Degree (A.A.) from a two-year college in a related field; 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills:
Bilingual, Spanish and English with ability to read, write and speak is a PLUS
Understanding of Order Entry Process; SAP systems
Ability to use various computer programs including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP software.
Ability to work well with others. Is able to work independently with little or no supervision
Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors.
Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner both written and oral
Effectively handle difficult or sensitive situations


Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP highly desired. Oracle ok.
