Position: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

THE JOB DETAILS

Using knowledge of company products, Customer Service Representatives provide the highest level of professional customer service to new and existing customers, through communication mediums including, but not limited to, phone, email, and in-person communications. Customer Service Representatives assist walk-in customers with pick-up orders and are responsible for assisting customers with all aspects related to ordering. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for placing new orders and answering any questions or requests.

 

In addition, Customer Service Representatives provide quotes for custom orders or special request. They must be able to prioritize a high volume of calls and customer orders while meeting departmental deadlines (managing their queue, emails, and phone calls). Customer Service Representatives must also be able to resolve customer complaints, issues, or questions in a respectful and timely manner, while ensuring that each customer interaction is positive. Job Description 1. Ensure and provide the highest quality service to all customers. 2. Assisting clients with their projects via phone, email, or in person. 3. Receive and record orders. 4. Preparing files to be print ready. 5. Calculating and sending out job quotes. 6. Generating invoices and taking payment. 7. Managing and checking on the status of the print projects. 8. Coordinating with the production department to make sure projects go well. 9. Communicating with clients to make sure that they are taken care of. 10. Perform related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years relevant experience. 3. Superior customer service skills + communication skills (personable and professional via phone and emails)
