Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

- Consistently answer incoming calls to the Customer Service Department (approximately 50+ phone calls daily)
- Ask appropriate questions to identify the root cause of calls to generate effective solutions
- Follow up on customer issues and concerns (payments, payoffs, title work) in a timely manner
- Contribute to increasing Customer Satisfaction Scores for the region


-College Degree (4 year) is required
- Experience with customer service and problem resolution preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
- Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
- Able to work in a team environment
