POSITION: Customer Service Representative
LOCATION: Irvine, CA (92612)
HOURS: 8AM - 5PM
DURATION: 3+ Months
PAY: $17.76/hr

*1-2 years related Call Center/ Customer Service experience is required

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
This job is in a service-related call center environment and requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Employees perform a host of customer service duties such as receiving calls and requests from the general public, real estate agents/brokers, escrow companies or other agencies. Regular use of e-mail communication is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.



The employee will Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation customer service calls/queries/problems.
Verifies contacts and account information.
Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests.
Escalates inquiries/requests for action as appropriate to Supervisor and/or Field locations for immediate action.
Maintains and creates personal logs, reports, records and files.
On occasion, may investigate more complex customer issues and problems
At times will make proactive calls to determine accounts requiring close attention
Identifies problems and works through to resolution.
May interface with offshore call center to answer questions on process or specialized situations
May answer questions about billing, and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections and/or other departments.


REQUIRED


General knowledge of company products and customer service activities
Proficient with MS Office, including Outlook - Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Proficient in customer service skills -- ability to display a pleasant, personable, and professional demeanor on the phone.
Good writing skills -- the ability to formulate concise communication for e-mail purposes, with good grammar and punctuation
