Job Type: Temp to Perm

Primary Responsibilities

Seeking a Customer Service Representative who will handle payroll inbound and outbound calls, fax, email, and B2B customers.
This person must have heavy phone skills, energetic, voice friendly great communication skills. Prior service bureau payroll experience a plus (worked for ADP/Paychex/Ultimate etc.).

1-3 years experience.


Customer Service Reps Responsibilities:

  • Manage 150 accounts per rep

  • Intake payroll

  • Multitask with multiple accounts

  • ADP/ Paychex/ Ultimate etc.


Experience Plus:

-  Service Bureau environment experience

- Call Center experience

- Experience in Payroll with a mom & pop company
