CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

To support the customer service team in processing sales, shipments, returns and credit transactions. Respond to telephone order status inquiries from customers. Route other inquiries to the customer service team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Under the guidance of the Sales and Service Manager and Customer Service Lead accurately process customer sales, shipment, return and credit transactions using SAP or Company software as directed.

* Assist Customer Service by answering and routing sales and service calls.

 

Required Competencies:

* Strong computer skills

* Ability to multitask

* Strong customer service orientation

* Display enthusiasm and optimism with a can-do and customer-first attitude

 

 

Requirements:

Must have strong computer skills with email, Microsoft outlook and Microsoft Office

Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and keen observation skills.

Team oriented, good communicator and shares gained knowledge with team members.

Ability to exclusively focus on assigned work during working time.

Accurately follows direction.
