  • Responsibilities:
    Willingness to provide top level customer service to our clients

  • Willingness to develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products and processes
  • Knowledge of claim and return processes (vendor and customer)
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets and data entry

  • Education: minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience: We place an emphasis on our candidate’s skills and drive to get the job done.  Experience with Business to Business (B2B) customer service is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills are required. Candidates will need a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform this job.
  • Drive: we are looking for someone who is eager to solve problems, engage with callers, and look for opportunities to improve processes, while applying your technical expertise to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working effectively with a diverse set of clients.
