The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for addressing all customer inquiries and complaints in a knowledgeable, quick and professional manner. Position requires the individual be knowledgeable of company's products, services, policies, procedure and practices.

Provide timely and accurate information to all customer inquiries regarding product information, delivery dates, pricing and back orders.
Initiate, report, and followup on customer complaints in accordance to the SBU quality system requirement.
Handle customer complaints and act to resolve any customer problem by utilizing the SBUs Complaint Procedure.
Evaluate and forward service complaint feedback to QA/RA Department.
Forward all product related complaints to Division Complaint Officer.
Follow the companies return policy and to work with the Returns/Quality Department to expedite credits or any other issues.

Customer service experience in a heavy phone environment.
Must have ability to meet departmental performance objectives including minimum number of calls, number of orders, and acceptable errors.
Detail oriented; have ability to prepare accurate and complete information/orders; have ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Must be able to listen well, speak and write clearly and concisely, and have excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
Must be MS Office proficient and ability to use dual monitors.
