Opportunity is calling you. Call center representatives are important, really important, for making sure the world's best companies have the best reputation. We're looking for enthusiastic problem solvers. If you love talking with people and helping them find a solution, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $13/hour or $14/hour bilingual
The center is currently looking for 1st and 2nd shift representatives
Here are some of the responsibilities you'll have:

Managing a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns. You've got
this!
Identifying and resolving complaints this is your chance to be a creative in finding a solution.
Use computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Organization is key.

These are the qualities we're looking for in a call center rep:

Above all, friendly & empathetic. It isn't always easy, but the key to success is helping a customer turn a frown upside down.
Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
Adept at communication. After all, there's a reason somebody is calling. They're just looking for somebody willing to listen and give them an explanation.
Someone that is reliable and that can accept feedback and implement the corrective actions immediately while being able to adapt to change.
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience

CSR experience;
Not typically call center (very scripted)
Need someone cool under pressure and able to deal w/ escalation calls
Can’t go rogue and must follow the script
