Customer Service Representative- Call Center Associate

Adecco is looking to hire Call Center associates for customer service positions with temp to hire opportunities. The Call Center Associate will be responsible for taking inbound calls to assist guests with online orders. As a Call Center Associate, they will provide a positive experience with every interaction related to complaints, inquiries, and overall comments about a customer’s experience.

We have a 6:00am -2:30pm shift working Sun-Thurs or Tues- Sat. Pay rate is $15.00/hr

(Training for 2 weeks Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive experience by listening and engaging with guest inquiries and issues
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and facilitate dialog to understand the guest’s concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Provide creative resolutions for handling escalated guest issues related to merchandise orders
  • Exercise a strong knowledge of on-line resources including but not limited to; GuestConnet, QuickSource, Sterling COM, and IBM Sales Center to assist and resolve guest inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of call center, retail or customer service experience
  • High School education
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong passion for delivery a great guest experience
  • Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal business partners with appropriate, friendly, empathetic and professional style
  • Proven communication, negotiation and decision-making skills
