Description:
Under the direction of the Lead Service Administrator, provide support for Clinic administration activities, order entry, customer invoicing, proposal generation, and clinic scheduling.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

Perform Field Clinic administrative functions
Complete order entry for service cases in both Salesforce.com and MACOLA (ERP) systems
Customer invoicing in MACOLA as directed
Work with the Field Clinic Technicians, Administrative Team/Manager to review customer requests and generate proposals
Work with the Field Clinic Technicians, Administrative Team/Manager to schedule on site clinics
Customer invoicing (Depot and Automation)
Filing of customer service paperwork

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Travel Requirements:

No travel restrictions
Ability to travel 35% of the time

Educational Qualifications:

High School Diploma or higher

Experience Qualifications:

Ability to operate independently, with initiative, and good business judgment
Experience in customer engagement
2+ years’ experience in similar role
Good computer skills including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel and Access
Ability to learn and develop new processes within our CRM application (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
Oral and written communications skills
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
