Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Customer Service jobs in Tulsa, Oklahoma.   
Customer Service Reps will perform policy administration tasks in support of the business within established production guidelines. If you meet the qualifications listed below – Apply Now!

  • Review instructions from agent, underwriter, insured, broker, etc. to understand/determine what is needed to provide quotes, issuance's, renewals, endorsements, etc
  • Compute premiums on quotes, issuance's, renewals, audits, endorsements and/or cancellations/reinstatement's based on proper rate selection, rules and company procedures
  • Enter rate, premium and/or policy information into appropriate systems for policy updates/issuance.
  • Maintain file accuracy and completeness.
  • Order, prepare and / or update reports and/or legal notices
  • Set up and clears submissions.
  • Research and resolve and / or correct errors and / or issues
  • Prepare, assemble and / or issue policy / endorsements and associated documentation.
  • Research and reconcile premium/billing accounting discrepancies. 
  • Respond to premium/billing questions.
  • Utilize computerized systems for research, tracking, information gathering and/or troubleshooting
  • Excel, Word
  • Preferred Legacy Systems, internal systems, and third party vendor delivered systems, etc.
  • Convey routine information via telephone, e-mail, fax, regular mail or in person to underwriters, agents, brokers, re insurers and/or insureds maintaining a professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Act as a liaison with other departments and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
  • Perform other tasks including support, photocopying, imaging, mail, data entry and/ r supply functions.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of policies and procedures, as well as the business (including products, coverages, etc.) and organization. 
  • Complies with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Service Associate jobs:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 Months or more of related experience
