Customer Service Rep – Warwick, RI
4 months (contract)
Shifts: varies – Monday through Friday – shift is 8 hours between 8am and 11pm
Training times: 8am – 4:30pm, 8:30pm – 5pm
$14.81 / hr.

Specific Duties

Inbound call center, responsible for about 60 calls per day - Life Insurance related

Will be answering questions on accessing online sites, letters, coverage amounts, and taking cancellations by phone, any other inquiries would be transferred

Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

1-2 years customer service experience

Critical thinker, fast learner, professional

Dealing directly with external customers, inbound calls

Excellent customer service skills

Good PC skills

Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
