Adecco is currently recruiting for customer service representatives for our client in the Washington, PA area. These positions are possible Temp-to Hire positions for the right candidate and are daylight shifts.


Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer service to internal/external customers and vendors. This position collaborates with all departments to meet overall company objectives and to exceed customers expectations.



Process customer orders by telephone, fax, and/or computer. Provide established pricing, delivery, and other related information to customers and company personnel.

Responds to customer questions regarding billing and orders while providing customers with courteous, knowledgeable service.

Maintains appropriate records and filing.

Handles new customer inquiries; send/receive documents and paperwork timely and accurately.

Obtain purchase orders from clients to ensure proper payment and agreement of terms.

Prepare cash, check, and credit reports for drivers and bulk plants.

Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred

1 Year of Customer Service experience required. 3 years preferred.

High attention to detail with ability to multi-task.

Microsoft Office product knowledge, Microsoft Excel skills specifically preferred.

Highly reliable with a friendly disposition.
