Customer Service Representative

Call Center Workers Needed

Duties include:

  • Reviewing back ordered items.
  • Monitoring returned goods, keying information.
  • Introducing new products/marketing info.
  • Responding and communicating compliant resolution issues.
  • Helping to promote customer sales activity.
  • Entering orders received by phone, email, or fax. 
Hours are Monday -  Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.  $12-$14/hr.  A customer service background and call center experience are required.  Temp - Hire.
