The Customer Service Representative is responsible for reviewing back ordered items, monitoring returned goods, keying information, and introducing new products or marketing information.   The candidate will maintain accuracy of customer account information, respond and communicate customer complaint resolution issues, initiate contact with each customer on a weekly basis, and other tasks as assigned to help promote customer sales activity.  Duties also include entry of orders received by phone, e-mail, or fax.
