Customer Service Representative

Duties include:

  • Processing customer orders by telephone, fax, and/or computer. Providing established pricing, delivery, and other related information to customers and company personnel. 
  • Responding to customer questions about billing and orders while providing customers with courteous, knowledgeable service.  Maintains appropriate records and filing. 
  • Preparing and maintaining required reports, spreadsheets, and documents in line with policy and procedures.
  • Handling new customer inquiries.   
  • Sending/receiving documents and paperwork timely and accurately with the ability to explain terms and conditions.
  • Obtain purchase orders from clients to ensure proper payment and agreement of terms. 
  • Communicating with all departments regarding new account set up and progression of order processing.   
  • Preparing cash, check, and credit deposits for drivers and bulk plants. Processing customer payment in forms of cash, check or credit.
  • Creating tickets for next day customer deliveries.
  • Preparing and maintaining records of all driver tickets.
  • Managing reoccurring company delivery orders by ensuring that a delivery schedule has been set up in the system.
  • General office duties including maintaining a sign in/out record of packages received by UPS/Fed Ex/USPS/Etc to ensure proper package delivery.
  • Liaison between various vendors, customer base, and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-trained to backup dispatcher role as needed.
  • Cross-trained to support invoicing as needed.   
  • Special projects as assigned.

Must have a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and the ability to travel between the Greensburg, Carmichels, and Washington offices as needed.
