Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Rep needed - Washington

Responsible for reviewing back ordered items, monitor returned goods key information, and introduce new products or marketing information. Maintain accuracy of customer account information. Respond and communicate customer complaint resolution issues, initiate contact with each customer on a weekly basis, and other tasks as assigned to help promote customer sales activity. Entry of orders received by phone, e-mail, or fax. Must have a high school diplomas or equivalent, and previous call center experience is preferred. Must be proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Hours are M-F, 8-5, temp to hire. Parking pass included. Pay is $13.50 per hour.
