-Answer incoming calls from patients, parents, insurance companies, attorney offices, and any other professional offices regarding medical bills, billing questions, process estimates, refund requests, provider participation status, and others.
-Run payments via online module and post into EPIC
-WOrk mail, voicemails, and emails - research the account and respond to the sender
-Make outgoing calls when appropriate, including pre-collection and delinquent payment plan courtesy calls.
-Reviewing, researching accounts that have populated in various queues


Work environment: High volume call center
Excellent Computer skills with experience using multiple windows/screens at the same time;

Ideal Candidate will have exceptional customer service skills to all internal and external customers;
Use manual and electronic resources available to arrive at the answer for a single call resolution whenever possible;
Follow protocols and procedures for handling issues out of your scope/requiring additional review; Follow team and company policies for optimal performance;
Participate in Training, Meetings, and other Events developed for the purpose of process improvement, team building, employee engagement, etc.
