Adecco is assisting a promotional marketing agency with a full time Customer Service Representative position. This company is located in Westerville.

Order Processing and Communication

Accurately enters orders
Maintains order status updates in SmartBooks
Communicate changes in order status to key stakeholders
Review order documentation for accuracy
Ensure proof approvals are received and reviewed and document waivers of proof, if necessary
Regularly communicate with third parties to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate ship dates in systems
Resolve issues and communicate changes to key stakeholders, as needed
Maintains order entry desk according to process flow requirements
Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor with key stakeholders at all times (written and verbal)
Database Maintenance
Partner with sales and maintain current client information in systems.

Additional Duties
Backup Support
Provide back up support as needed
Provide kitchen duty as assigned

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Within the company: Interaction with principal, customer service, and accounting, and operations director
External to company: Clients, sales team and vendors


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent;
2 years prior customer service experience, industry experience preferred.
Any combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.

This is a full-time position, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
