Temporary Customer Service Representative Positions available. Able to work remotely.

Hours are:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm OR
11:00am 7:30pm.

Duration: 4 - 5 months position

Job Description:

Position Summary:
Customer-focused representative performing basic communication with customers under supervision.
Provides answers to customers’ e-mail/phone inquiries, questions, and requests, based on guidelines, FAQs, official documents, and other resource materials. Perceives customers’ needs and investigates solutions. Since some customers/issues can be related, takes proactive approach if sees an issue with a related customer.

Ensures that a cooperative and supportive relationship is maintained with volunteers, parents, staff and the general public (consumers) by researching inquiries and following established procedures to ensure timely, effective customer service.
Logs all calls, emails, and other inquiries into Salesforce Service Cloud software and other methods to analyze and make reports on inquiry patterns, recurring inquiries, peak inquiry hours and complaints.
Forwards inquiries to the baker, distributor, council staff, or other appropriate staff members when necessary.
Escalates non-routine inquiries, questions, and requests to team lead and/or appropriate staff members when necessary.
Assists with cross-functional or nontraditional projects as assigned.

Knowledge of, or prior experience with, Salesforce Service Cloud a strong plus.

Required Skills – Competencies – Qualifications

2+ years of relevant customer service experience

Knowledge of, or prior experience with, Salesforce Service Cloud a strong plus.
