Pay Rate: $13.31 per hour
Duration: 12 months

This job is responsible for communication with customers through a variety of channels such as E-Mail, telephone and online messaging. Will respond to issues as outlined in existing procedures and when necessary will consult with supervision on customer issues. Contacts are varied, some are non-routine. Follows standard screens/ scripts to perform tasks. Resolves many questions and problems, refers more difficult items to higher levels for guidance. Knowledgeable of company products & services. De-escalate situations with upset customers. May assess customer needs and suggest alternative products or services. Research contract issues for supporting departments such as Claims for Service Recruitment. Applies and develops basic skills to procedures for the position. Problem solving skills. Assess customer needs Deal with customers Good verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills


EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED


EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of related experience in the function or similar activity. 6 + months experience with the company. Knowledgeable in all the duties of the CSR I position, or similar positions. Has gained knowledge & experience with computer system and company products & services. Consistently meeting the call metrics of a CSR
