Customer Service Representatives

 

We are privileged to be assisting a York, PA client in their search for Customer Service Representatives.  This position is working in their Corporate office in York, PA and is paying $13 per hour.  This is a Monday through Friday position on 1st shift.

 

Below are the job duties and requirements:

 

Job Duties Include:

 

  • Process orders via phone or by written requests (mail, email, fax)
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and service requests
  • Review, document, log, maintain and/or initiate the investigation for serious complaints
  • Process literature and lead requests as received from customers or field representatives
  • Contact customers with repair estimates for approval
  • Process promotional orders, dental convention orders, loaner requests, customer credit requests, and fulfill free-goods requests
  • Track customer orders and repairs as requested
  • Maintain daily interaction with Shipping, Accounting, Planning, Product Service, and Customer Service departments

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic computations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
