Primary responsibilities are to respond in a professional manner and process with accuracy policy changes sent to Policy Admin from incoming correspondence. Involves monetary calculations and working with multiple computer programs Correspondence representatives are expected to process completely and accurately multiple categories on a daily basis. Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other department and/or representing outside organizations. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data on matters of moderate importance to the function of the department or which may be of sensitive nature. Exercises judgment and sound decision making to determine best course of action to meet or exceed customer needs.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
• High School diploma
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 plus years’ relevant experience writing letters, emails or web chats
• 2 plus years’ experience with Gerber Life products and procedures
• Financial experience
SKILLS:
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Quality and Customer Service advocate
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to multi-task and work multiple categories in same day
• Solid judgment, problem solving, decision-making and follow-through skills
• Solid knowledge of basic business processes, workflow and systems
