Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Assistant at their Park City, UT location. This is a temp to hire job opportunity. 

This position is a key point of contact for retailers, consumers, and sales representatives.

Responsibilities include:
 

  • Work closely with Team and Customer Service Managers in developing and executing in-house sales programs to grow sales. 
  • Answer product related questions for consumers and retailers. 
  • Assist walk-in customers. 
  • Assist Customer Service Manager with customer contacts regarding company warranty policy including returns, product replacements, credits, etc.
  • Email follow up for Out of Stock and returns
  • Other duties as assigned.

Hours: 30/hr work week
Pay: $14/hour
