Customer Service Representatives


Title: Call Center Representative - Customer Service 
Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Call Center Representative.

Job Description - The position is an entry level call center agent/telemarketing position. The goal for each candidate would be to transition to being one of our commission based sales agents after the 8 week period. On average top 2 agents are earning $6K-$8K per month.   Customer is willing to train. Handling in-bound and out- bound calls

Minimum Qualifications
- Must speak CLEAR/PERFECT English
- Must want to work in sales and be on the phone
- Must possess basic computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Windows
- Strong verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate enthusiasm and excitement while speaking with potential clients

Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities

- Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers we will provide on our telephone system 
- Deliver and execute customized, targeted sales strategies we have developed and will train them on
- Share information about company/product by following sales scripts provided
- Answer potential customer questions 
- Create prospective clients with required information
