Adecco is currently assisting a large client in their search for some Customer Service Representatives


Will be working in a call center setting handling basic account related transactions, while providing an exceptional customer service experience.

multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating with customers

May work with customer via phone, email and chat, must be able to use proper spelling and grammar

required to quickly read frequent updates and learning materials, often while on the call, and must be able to implement immediately into calls with accuracy


1-3 years of experience working with customers and handling difficult situations with customers

Knowledge of multiple Bank products

Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching

Able to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections

Strong computer skills with ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer. 



Pay rate $18.00


MUST be available to work between Sunday – Saturday 6am – 8 pm
