Direct Hire positions for Banking Contact Center.  Seeking candidates with strong customer service experience preferably in banking.  These positions are key roles that often one of the first points of contact.    Will be taking calls for financial institution for immediate answers to questions regarding their checking and savings accounts, loan applications and credit cards. It is the call center representative’s job to actively listen to, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and concerns. Representatives are also responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department, as well as executing banking transactions and cross-selling products or special promotions.  Candidates chosen will have a true customer service mindset and also comfortable utilization with the chat function.  It is essential they candidates possess proper grammer skills.
