Customer Service Representive

Mon-Fri with very infrequent Saturdays

11:00 AM – 7:00 PM


2 paid breaks (a 10-min & a 20 min)



  • Excellent attendance & punctuality
  • Good phone voice – enjoys talking to people on the phone
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office (especially Excel) & the ability to learn our systems
  • Must be able to work with multiple shared mailboxes and with shared spreadsheets
  • Acceptable grammar skills (if they say anything like “we was”, they are not a good fit)
  • Flexibility with scheduling (may move to 9-5 or 1-9, but not without notice)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Good attention to detail is a must
  • While previous experience in a call center would be nice, it’s more important that the candidate has a solid customer service background and computer skills


We have 32-40 hrs/week available for this position – there is no guarantee of 40 hrs/wk, and there is no guarantee of being hired full time
