Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Call Center/Customer Service Representative - Call Center job located in the Henderson Nevada. This is a seasonal positon that will go until the end of the year with potential to go longer for the right candidate. As a Call Center/Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers via telephone to provide information, process transactions, and reply to inquiries about products and services.

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative - Call Center job include:

•Receive a high volume of inbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
•Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
•Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
•Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
•Other duties may include developing an action plan for customers, respond to and follow up on customer requests, track shipments/orders and prepare reports.
•Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

•1-2 years recent call center experience
•Excellent verbal and written verbal communication skills
•Ability to problem solve and handle escalation calls
•Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
•Computer literate – Proficient with Email and ability to navigate MS Windows
•Perfect attendance and punctuality a must
•Ability to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
•Ability to pass extensive background check, pre-employment drug screen and credit check

Pay for this position is $12.70/hr. This is a temporary seasonal position due to last until the end of the year
