Customer Service Reps

Adecco is currently assisting a local  New York City customer recruit for Bi- lingual Spanish customer service representatives. This is a contract position with a potential to go perm. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

General Duties:

  • Responds to incoming telephone calls to resolve prescription issues and to provide accurate information regarding prescription benefit.
  • Effective communication with pharmacies and prescribers.
  • Follow-up and resolve issues raised during these phone calls.
  • Obtaining information through phone calls or letters to pharmacies, accounts, physician’s offices, prescription benefit managers.
  • Participate in conference calls with multiple parties
  • Obtain enrollment information from clients and update information in the system,
  • Prepare reports and analysis for customers utilizing MS Word and Excel


Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in health care of medical customer service  
  • Must speak Spanish fluently
  • Associates Degree required. Pharmacy tech certified or be very familiar with prescription med terminology
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work a rotating schedule between 8am -7:30pm, Monday- Friday
