Adecco is currently searching for self-motivated, driven Customer Service professionals in South Austin that are fluent in Spanish and English. We have partnered with a non-profit educational testing company to take incoming calls regarding the STAAR exam during their testing administration period. This position is Monday – Friday. Our customer will provide 2 weeks of paid training!! This is will a contract role only.

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate professionalism and patience in troubleshooting with technical issues related to the client assessments as well as non-technical information related to the tests
• Utilize intermediate to advanced search functions to search online manuals, MS Excel, and Word to efficiently handle and troubleshoot caller inquiries
• Ability to accurately describe technical issues to be forwarded to a supervisor for review
• Adhere to a strict attendance policy
• Achieve 95% or above for all metrics



Required Experience:
• Two years of customer service experience required – Call Center experience preferred but not required!!!
• Technology related schooling preferred
• Ability to work through complex issues while following procedures and guidelines
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Understanding of business acumen

Our client is looking for English and Spanish (Bilingual pays $19.50)
