Job Description:

Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
Dress code is business casual


1+ years of call center/customer service experience
Strong multitasking skills; detail oriented
Customer Service skills
Must be able to work independently
Proven ability to work with multiple screens and research information in multiple systems, maneuvering through multiple tools
