Customer Service Specialist

Adecco is currenlty seeking 2 experienced Customer Service Specialist with experience in Logistics and Light Industrial field, for a local client located in Baytown, TX.

Pay: $13.80/hr

Hours: Shift hours 7:00am, 4:00pm or 9:00am- 6:00pm

Responsibilities for the CSR role include:

Track customers’ orders
Own Customers from beginning to end
Point of contact for assigned customers
Export/Import experience
Shipping/Receiving experience
Processing customer’s Orders
Inventory cycle count procedures
Ability to work as a team player
Planning and setting up container’s orders
Ability to work as a team
Know when to ask for help
Ability to think on their feet
High attention to detail
Someone who is on task and can prioritize 

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications
Maintain established receiving procedures 
Data entry 
High attention to details
Enter Information into Excel, Microsoft, Oracle
Must have excellent written and verbal communication

Education: 

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
