We are looking for a customer service specialist that can make sure that our customers receive the best service.
In this role you will communicate with our customers via phone and email. You are responsible for supporting your assigned customers, as well as support the customer services professionals in the team. As a team you make sure that all customer concerns/questions are answered and we have satisfied our customer needs.
As the Customer Service Specialist you will work closely with production, planning and shipping in the various production facilities to coordinate the complete on-time shipment of all customer orders.
Our Customer Service Specialist will be a person that is highly motivated, outgoing, personable, enjoy dealing with people, well organized and a quick learner.
This is a very hands-on position within a department that has a lot of autonomy to make it right for the customer.

To be successful in this role it is important that you have:

At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing customer service role
Experience in working with handling customer orders in an ERP system
Fluent in English is mandatory, preferred is bi-lingual in one of our customer languages
Experienced in managing international hazardous shipments preferably maintains US DOT, IMDG & IATA certification.
Understands the balance between the customers needs and the organizations capabilities
