This opportunity will begin in a work-from-home setting and will transition to an in-office position once the organization's Covid-19 policy deems it appropriate to return to the office.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

• High speed internet connection

• Limited use of household internet during working hours (minimal number of additional users of internet during working hours)

• Active Smartphone

• Working knowledge of basic PC functions, ability to use multiple tools and applications


Responsibilities for the Customer Service Support Specialist include:

• Provides consumer assistance (phone/online) with the interpretation and resolution of problems

• Answer calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns

• Possess a positive can-do attitude, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

• Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

• Use computer systems to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer

• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service

• Other duties as assigned by management


Qualifications for the Customer Service Support Specialist include:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 1-3 years of customer service experience

• Candidate must be able to sit for most of their shift

• Ability to work productively without direct supervision

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

• Computer literate - Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word

• Able to work in a team environment

• Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to work in customer service and grow their skillset. Pay is $13/hr. All hours must be during department hours of Mon-Fri 6am -8pm.
