Job Title:             Customer Service Specialist

Location:             Riverside, RI

Pay Rate:             $14.38+/hr.   

Duration:            3+ months – Starting 10/15/2018

 

Customer Service Specialist will assist banking customers with questions, concerns or issues their accounts by phone or other communication means.

 

Must be articulate with solid communication skills

Banking/financial background preferred

Call Center experience with ability to handle high volume of calls
