Customer Accounts Support:


Job Purpose: Offer administrative assistance to the phone representatives in an effort to help them maintain customer focus.



  • Assist the customer account representatives with paperwork including legal notice cure letters and repossession paperwork sent to recovery agents.
  • Generate payment extension/deferral paperwork and follow up with customers via phone to ensure received
  • Read and understand subpoenas, providing the required account records to our legal department.
  • Send requested information to dealers, customers and other regional offices via mail/fax
  • Build rapport and relationships with phone representatives, peers and management
  • Use written and verbal communication skills to seek guidance and communicate openly with peers and management in order to meet deadlines
  • Handle incoming calls to assist the recovery team. 


Ideal candidate is a quick learner and possesses the ability to balance various job tasks effectively.  Ideal candidate must be accountable, show great attention to detail, possess strong problem solving skills, time management, and flexibility. 


Candidate must be willing to work independently and within a group.  Candidate must meet deadlines consistently and be able to prioritize tasks.


Hours would be Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour lunch and 2 15-minute breaks.
