Customer Service-Tech Support

So you’re seeking an awesome Call Center/Technical Support opportunity in the wider Milwaukee area- good news, we’ve got it!  Adecco is assisting a premier financial services organization with their Call Center/Tech Support/Client Services positions in Franklin, WI!

These Technical Support/Customer Support team members are a vital part of the organization, holding a high level of responsibility with assisting external and internal customers with technical support inquiries.

Here are some of the responsibilities you’d have:

  • Support high volume of incoming customer calls involving inquiries and assistance needed in troubleshooting application related issues.
  • Answer questions / errors received with respect to the consumer website while navigating through dual screens/multiple platforms; identify and update client data as needed to address missing data or data concerns. 
  • Delete cookies and cache, identify different web browsers and versions.
  • Consistently follow standard operating procedures and department guidelines to achieve team goals.

Here are the requirements:

  • Proven technical skills to answer how-to questions and support the applications
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and address issues with the applications
  • Ability to explain the navigation and usability of the websites and applications
  • Ability to work multiple applications on dual monitors while problem solving
  • Provide client updates as needed to address missing data or data concerns
  • Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Effective, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer experience with solid navigation, keyboarding skills and familiarity with the operating system features
  • Strong reliability and dependability
