Adecco is now hiring temp-to-hire Customer Service/Tech Support representatives in Huntington WV. We are looking for enthusiastic problem solvers if you love talking with people and helping them find a solution, we want to hear from you.

Here are some of the responsibilities you will have:
Managing a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns.
Identifying and resolving complaints this is your chance to be a creative in finding a solution.
Use computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Organization is key.
Tech savvy in Apple and Google applications

These are the qualities we are looking for in a Customer Service/Tech rep:
Above all, friendly.
Skilled at problem solving and conflict resolution no matter what is thrown at you, you keep a cool head.
Adept at communication. After all, there is a reason somebody is calling. They are just looking for somebody willing to listen and give them an explanation.
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience
