A local leading organization is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Technician in Orange, CT for a temp to perm opportunity.  Customer Service Representatives interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to troubleshoot and repair product.  If you have experience as a machine operator, mechanic, or technician this would be a great candidate. Responsibilities for Customer Service Technician include but are not limited to the following:

*Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

*Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

* Performing service order, provisioning, repair and maintenance on equipment at the facility and on customer premises

*Reading and interpreting service orders, repair reports, circuit diagrams, work orders and blueprints.

 

*Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

*Excellent communication skills

*Excellent customer service skills

*Mechanical aptitude is a must

*Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

*Good phone and interpersonal skills

This is a temp to perm position.  Salary depends on experience
