A local leading organization is currently seeking and experienced Customer Service Representative in the Tulsa.  Customer Service Representatives interacts with customers to provide information in response to emails on delayed orders. Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to the following:

 

Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about delays on orders.

 

Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems.

 

 

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

 

Must have a GED or High School Diploma

 

Must have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience

 

Must be able to meet the background check and drug test requirements

 

Must be open to work the hours from 9am-6pm

 

Pay for this position is an hour 12.00
