A local leading organization is currently seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service Rep in Ashland, OH for a short term temporary-opportunity. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering customer questions, entering customer orders, and using product knowledge to determine product necessity or problems. Provides internal support for order-entry and technical support personnel.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Order entry with accuracy to details (Returned Goods Authorization, Credits, Debits, Sales Orders)
  • Update Service Center Excel File daily or as needed
  • Service Center visits to check on status of Returns (requires steel toe shoes)
  • Order parts as needed for return repairs
  • Follow Inventory checks and balances for shipping shortages, shipping more than ordered or where we have shipped the wrong product

 

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Quality orientation and attention to detail
  • Good problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, Excel)

 

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay $15/hr

Assignment may last 3-4 months
