Adecco is currently assisting a client in the Wilkes Barre, PA area with direct hire customer service representatives! These are full-time, PERMANENT positions with benefits and paid time off!

These positions are in a call center environment that services high-end credit card customers. This call center is centered around customer satisfaction, meaning that the quality of the service is always more important than the quantity of calls taken in a day.

The facility handles making travel arrangements for card holders. This is a 365 day-per-year facility, including weekends and holidays. We are currently recruiting for candidates who are flexible, can commit to weekends and holidays, and can accommodate a work shift that runs between 6am and 7pm. Once you are assigned your shift, it will be guaranteed for 3 months to 1 year, and you can bid for your ideal shift based on your performance.

We are looking for extremely reliable, dedicated, and friendly candidates who can commit to providing exceptional customer care. These positions pay $13.00 per hour. There are also great opportunities for bonuses up to $5 per hour, which will be paid out every quarter! Bonuses are based on your performance and attendance.

PERFORMANCE BONUS ----> $400+/MONTH BONUS POTENTIAL
LOYALTY BONUS ------->ADDITIONAL $1/HR
PRIDE BONUS -----> ADDITIONAL $2+/HR
This is an excellent, direct hire opportunity that offers stability and growth. They also have an excellent benefits package, that goes into effect less than 1 month after hire! Classes start in February! This is a 14-week training class. You must be able to commit to Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm for the training period. You also must commit to not taking any time off during the 14-week training period. This includes medical appointments, vacations, sick days, and personal engagements.

Responsibilities:

-Receives incoming calls and provides basic customer service with the objective of servicing or booking travel arrangements for customers.
-Handles incoming calls with intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention.
-Servicing all travel plans
-Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
-May answer inquiries and resolve problems.
-May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or secondary sources.
-Learn and comply with legal requirements.
-Respect all internal regulations and policies.
-Perform any other reasonable tasks that are needed for process excellence.

Experience/Skills:

-Strong service skills are a must
-Minimum of 3 years at a call center, travel, or related customer service experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
-Strong computer skills required, with an ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
-The ability to type 35+ words per minute
-Geography knowledge
-Basic math proficiency
-Problem-solving skills
-Extremely reliable in regard to attendance
-Extremely friendly, courteous, and possesses strong etiquette skills
-Previous travel experience preferred
