Adecco is hiring for a first shift customer service opportunity in the York area. We're seeking someone with prior Manufacturing Customer Service Experience.

Customer Service Administrator Duties:

Act as a point of contact between customers & production
Confirm delivery schedules with suppliers
Communicate information to customers concerning delivery and order issues
Prepare reports & present information
Research purchasing history

Customer Service Administrator Requirements:

College degree or three years experience in a comparable position
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, & Power Point
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
Desire to learn
Experience with an ERP system desired
Experience in a manufacturing environment desired
